Job Description

The Deputy Principal – Head of Campus plays a crucial role in supporting the Principal in all aspects of College leadership. Together, they share responsibility for implementing the College's Strategic Plan and developing an outstanding learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To support the Principal in College leadership and act as required.
  • To contribute to the development of an exemplary learning and pastoral environment.
  • To collaborate with the Principal and other members of the College Leadership Team in implementing the College's Strategic Plan.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Leader who:

  • Is an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic Community.
  • Enjoys working in a caring, dynamic environment with young people.
  • Possesses demonstrable Middle and/or Senior Leadership experience in a Catholic secondary context.
  • Possesses suitable Post-Graduate or Masters level qualifications and is committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Demonstrates innovative professional practice and possesses high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses current VIT membership (or eligibility) and has a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children.
