Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead administrative staff, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting KPIs

  • Act as a resource person/SME in relation to systems and processes
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and confidentiality are maintained in the unit
