Director of Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product Management to lead our Private Dining initiative. This role will play a pivotal part in conceptualizing, validating, and bringing to market innovative solutions that augment our current portfolio and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft Strategic Vision: Define a clear product vision, strategy, and goals for the business verticals and articulate how they align with our company's objectives.
  • Own Business Outcomes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, engagement, and monetization through new businesses.
  • Exceptional Execution: Drive the end-to-end execution process to deliver successful outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Lead High-Performing Team: Cultivate a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and collaboration within the organization.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach to actively seek out and implement research and data.
  • Requirements:
  • 10+ Years Experience: In product management with 6+ years in a people-management role leading product managers, preferably in B2C or marketplace companies.
  • Significant Experience: Building 0>1 consumer or marketplace products, and scaling them.
  • Experience: Defining and driving a GTM strategy in collaboration with marketing and/or sales, with a focus on monetization.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams across the product development and go-to-market lifecycle.
