Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, technical support, and mentorship.

  • Spearhead the design and development of complex electrical systems and components.
  • Collaborate with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Evaluate all projects and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
