We are seeking a skilled and experienced Photographer and Videographer to join our creative team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing materials, social media, and paid ad content
- Manage and lead on-location shoots, direct clients & talent
- Collaborate with our strategy team on marketing campaigns and shot lists
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technology, and photography/videography techniques
- Organise production logistics, including production schedules and equipment
- Liaise with clients in pre-production and production stages
- Upload and organise video and photo files
- Participate in post-production editing or provide feedback to the internal team.
- Mentor junior videographers and photographers.

**Qualifications:**

- 2+ years of proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer
- Strong proficiency with photo and video equipment
- Ability to switch between shooting videography and photography
- **Strong portfolio** demonstrating stunning images and videos (experience with product, lifestyle, and real estate content desirable)
- Proficiency in post-production editing software (Davinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom & Capture One desirable)
