With a focus on excellence, innovation, and growth, they are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of their Digital Platform team to join.

This role sits in the wider Member Services division, reporting into a Director who has been with the company for 15+ years.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for working closely with external vendors and internal teams to design, develop and manage digital tools and platforms to help members take positive action with their super.

  • Lead the strategy and delivery of member platforms, including the portal, app, and online tools
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and internal teams to ensure successful platform delivery
  • Oversee platform projects, ensuring they deliver valuable member experiences
  • Implement risk and compliance processes, with a focus on privacy, cyber security, and AFSL regulations
  • Provide regular reporting on platform usage and key metrics
  • Mentor and manage a Program Manager to drive successful project outcomes
