We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Neuropsychologist to join our interdisciplinary team in the Community Rehabilitation Program at Alfred Health.
The successful candidate will provide Neuropsychology assessment and treatment programs, collaborate with team members to develop goal-setting and treatment plans, and deliver education to clients and their families/carers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive Neuropsychology assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve client goals
- Provide education and support to clients and their families/carers
- Participate in professional development and stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices
- Minimum five years of clinical experience
- Specialist skills in assessment and management of psychological disorders and behavior
- Recent experience in rehabilitation or aged care
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and modify service delivery in accordance with evidence-based practice
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong theoretical knowledge and experience in the application of Neuropsychology in Neurology and Gerontology
- Regular clinical and operational supervision
