We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying and selecting suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that meet business objectives and drive cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and awarding of contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the defense industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
