Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic retail professional to join our team for a Christmas casual role in Horsham.

As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service, helping shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time
  • Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
  • Work effectively as part of a fast-paced team during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday
  • Contribute to sales targets and support your colleagues to achieve seasonal goals
  • Provide excellent register services, replenishment and customer query resolution
Requirements
  • You enjoy working in a busy retail environment and thrive on the festive atmosphere
  • Retail or customer service experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and tasks
