Controller of Financial Insights

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial insights to key stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and analytics, with experience working in multinational companies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and standardized monthly/quarterly business performance reports.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues.
- Analyze the financial implications of business cases, pricing simulations, and other transactions.
- Take part in annual financial planning and forecasting process.
We believe that our team members should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
- 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational companies.
- High-level flexibility, analytical, and detail skills.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office, SAP, BO, and Power BI.
- A good command of English, both oral and written.
