Sutherland Shire Council invites suitably qualified expert panellists to join the Design Review Panel and contribute to the development of high-quality design in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive design excellence through your expertise in design development and NSW planning processes.
  • Apply extensive experience and qualifications in Urban Design, Architecture, and Landscape Architecture to provide expert advice on architectural merit, landscape quality, and sustainability outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration and open communication as a key member of the Design Review Panel.
  • Evaluate and provide well-considered recommendations based on State Environmental Planning Policy No 65 - Design Quality of Residential Apartment Development (SEPP 65) and other relevant policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative and regulatory requirements related to design quality and residential apartment developments.
