Service Delivery Manager

A strong understanding of the water cycle is essential for this role, as you'll be working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless application services delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and governance knowledge to lead ITIL-compliant application management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of application services to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement IT strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security patching, audit, and risk actions.
  • Develop and maintain standards and procedures for application lifecycle management.
  • Liaise with the managed service provider and vendor operational governance teams.
  • Lead project coordination for minor enhancements to IT services.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues.
  • Experience in designing procedures and processes to improve business outcomes.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies to assist the organization.
  • ITIL Foundation certification and tertiary qualification in technology or equivalent industry experience.
