Project Engineer Role

This position is focused on one of our large-scale healthcare projects currently in the construction phase.

You will be initially responsible for managing subcontractors and finalizing the project.

Subsequently, you will shift to an upcoming large-scale commercial development where you will play a key role in managing and resolving the detail design of complex packages, while managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project.

This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality, and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience, preferably in large-scale construction projects
  • Extensive previous on-site construction delivery experience
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management, etc.)
  • Experience on healthcare or commercial projects preferred
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally, as well as lead and mentor intermediate engineers
