About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team in Cloverdale, WA. As a New Grad Specialist Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work across the lifespan, from early intervention to elderly care, with a focus on speech and language disorders, cognitive communication, and neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans to address communication challenges, including speech production, language comprehension, and cognitive communication.
  • Utilise augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, if necessary, to enhance clients' ability to communicate effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with neurologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists through multi-disciplinary case reviews.
  • Work across the lifespan, from early intervention to elderly care, with a focus on speech and language disorders, cognitive communication, and neurological conditions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Full SPA registration.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • Driver's license and car.
