Business Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Lismore Base Hospital. As a key member of the network, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective utilization of resources within a rapidly changing environment.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Business Manager of the Network and contribute to the Local Health District meeting its financial management obligations. You will provide high-level management expertise in relation to financial, budget, activity and management accounting, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to meet business objectives
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters to senior management and stakeholders
  • Leading and managing teams to achieve business outcomes
