The Role

As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. You will oversee the management of staff, ensuring they are adequately trained and supported to deliver excellent customer service.

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, who is proactive, hands-on and able to effectively manage day-to-day operations. Experience in a supervisory or management position in a similar fast-paced setting is essential.
