**Role Summary**

We are seeking a WHS Business Partner to join our team and contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of our WHS and injury management strategies, culture and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement WHS and injury management programs, policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support to managers and employees on WHS and injury management issues.
  • Coordinate the implementation and management of our WHS and injury management system framework.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive positive change and employee engagement.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and other external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

  • Working knowledge of WHS legislation.
  • Diploma or degree in WHS and/or similar discipline.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Experience in the Healthcare sector/Clinical environment (highly regarded).

Nice to Have

  • Delivery, maintenance and review of WHS and injury management programs.
  • Audit & inspection programs.
  • Supporting the development of safe systems of work.
  • Physical and psychosocial risk management.
  • Incident, injury and emergency management.
  • Coordinating WHS consultative arrangements.
