About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Casual Assistant Educator to join our team at Community Kids Lake Albert Early Education Centre. As an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator, you will have a proven track record of building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and challenging educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate are also essential requirements.
