Job Title:

Security Architect Specialist

The Security Architect Specialist role involves overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of an organization's overall security posture across cloud and on-premises environments, with a focus on ensuring robust security practices are in place to protect against emerging threats.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard sensitive data and systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Designing and deploying secure architectures for cloud and on-premises environments
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security engineering

Required skills and qualifications:

Strong background in security engineering, with expertise in Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and Logic Apps

Proficiency in designing and implementing secure architectures for hybrid environments, particularly with Microsoft Azure

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable experience in IT consultancy, cybersecurity firms, or managed security services providers

Stay informed on industry developments and best practices to enhance service delivery.
