Business Advisory Services Graduate Role

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Graduate Program - Business, Marketing & HR. This 18-month program will provide you with hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to work on projects that matter.
Job DescriptionThis role offers a unique combination of rotations across different departments, including HR, Marketing & Communications, and Contact Centre. You will gain diverse experience while building the skills and knowledge to launch a successful career in the superannuation sector.
You will support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives in HR.
You will assist with internal communications, content creation, and campaign development in Marketing.
You will support members directly in the Contact Centre.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 2 years) in a relevant field (Credit average or higher).
Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or volunteer activities.
Curious, adaptable, and proactive learners with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
This Graduate Program offers:
