Job Summary

As a Store Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and supervising team members to achieve exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
