Warehouse Supervisor Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a night shift basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the management of staff, inventory, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse.
  • Ensure that all orders are accurately picked, checked, and loaded by staff, with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Oversee the loading of company vehicles to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Ensure that staff understand and comply with company policies and procedures, including OH&S and HACCP guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, with a focus on housekeeping and safety.
  • Assist management in achieving stock control and purchasing objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including paperwork and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with staff.
  • Forklift licence is essential.
  • Good understanding of warehouse and distribution functions, including inventory management and logistics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to participate in extra hours and duties as required.
