The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Solutions Manager to join our CulturalConnect team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sponsorship strategies and developing integrated solutions for SBS advertising clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end response process to integrated brand solution briefs, ensuring solutions are strategically sound and deliver positive outcomes for SBS.
- Develop and deliver major go-to-market collateral and credentials presentations.
- Identify and develop cross-platform sponsorship opportunities for key SBS content and major network events.
- Build positive relationships with the wider CulturalConnect and National Media Sales Teams, as well as broader SBS business divisions.
- Develop constructive relationships with key agency contacts and partnership divisions to increase awareness of CulturalConnect and uncover new briefs.
- Proactively develop and feedback new and innovative processes, training, partnerships, and commercial opportunities to enhance CulturalConnect and SBS Media's success.
- Demonstrated experience creating integrated commercial opportunities across multiple media platforms.
- Sound understanding of the media agency and sales environments, with well-developed communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of the digital and social landscape, with commercial opportunities to strengthen and grow the team's capabilities.
- A level of experience in people management is desired in this leadership role.
