Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of this role. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all swim centre related enquiries and bookings.
The Key Responsibilities Of This Position- Provide quality customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Utilize leisure management software to efficiently manage bookings and customer information
- Contribute to maintaining accurate records and reports as required
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
