Future You, a prominent construction business, is seeking an immediately available Payroll Officer/Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team in Greenacre. This part-time position offers the potential for a full-time, permanent role, allowing for growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including invoice processing and reconciliation, to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with payroll-related inquiries and issues, providing prompt resolutions to ensure employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Support the Finance Manager with various tasks and ad-hoc projects, contributing to the overall success of Future You.
• Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

About You:

• Qualification & Experience: A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, with strong proficiency in payroll systems and financial software. At least 2 years of experience in payroll and AP, preferably within the construction or related industries.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, making you an ideal candidate for this role.
