Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Education Lead to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that promote learning and development in young children.

As a Senior Education Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to our children.

You will work closely with our centre leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our values and goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a difference in the lives of young children.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote learning and development
  • Collaborate with centre leadership to develop policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to educators to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Budget and financial accountability experience
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check
