We are seeking individuals who can provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through safe and efficient order fulfillment.

About the Role

Delivering customer orders safely and efficiently is a critical aspect of this role. You will need to have excellent time management skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a strong commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Safe delivery of customer orders to their homes during the day or night
  • Ensure that all interactions with customers are friendly, helpful and professional

Requirements:

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a clean driving record
  • The confidence to drive and navigate safely in busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas
  • Physical ability to lift and carry groceries from the van to your delivery points
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days
