We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to join our team at Warrigal, a respected provider of aged care services. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our elderly residents by providing them with dignity, respect, and personalized care.

With a focus on delivering high-quality clinical and compassionate care, you will work closely with our residents to develop and implement their individualized care plans. Your expertise will be valued as you assist them with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement.

• To provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• To develop and maintain strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• To administer medications, perform health checks, and respond to emergencies as required.
• To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent).
• Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007 (desired but not essential).
• Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain.
• Current Drivers License, reliable car, and comprehensive car insurance.
