Job Opportunity
Position Summary: A skilled light vehicle technician is sought to provide maintenance services across Western Australia, ensuring vehicles are safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing, maintenance, and fault finding on light vehicles and trailers;
- Completing statutory servicing and testing, documenting service literature for storage, and forwarding it as required;
- Performing field-based servicing in surface, underground, and Perth workshops;
- Troubleshooting and fault finding in the field across various locations;
- Effective communication with operations teams and external clients;
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and signed off by relevant parties;
- Participating in stock management and ordering of necessary parts;
- Submitting daily reports in a timely manner.
Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience working with a fleet of light vehicles, including Landcruiser, Hilux, Ranger, HiAce buses, and Isuzu 4x4;
- A current manual C-Class Driver License or higher;
- Recent National Police Clearance (within 3 months);
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening;
- Capacity to work independently and within a team environment;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and time management.
