Maintenance Planning Specialist Role

A prime opportunity exists for an experienced Maintenance Planner to take on a long-term position in Perth, offering highly competitive pay rates and the chance to work with a renowned mining industry leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritizing and managing all work orders within the accountable area is crucial.
  • Effective management of warranty and repair processes for corrective work is essential.
  • Arranging external contractors/suppliers and streamlining workflows are key tasks.
  • Updating project task lists to reflect accurate documents, materials, and resource allocation is vital.
  • Preparing monthly maintenance cost performance reports is necessary.
  • Facilitating cost performance review meetings is important.
  • Project administration and management of operational concerns are also part of this role.
Requirements
  • Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in the mining industry, particularly in mobile fleet/fixed plant/rail/utilities, is required.
  • Australian work rights must be held.
  • Computer literacy with experience in digital maintenance management systems (SAP/AMT/MS Project/MS Office) is necessary.
  • An unrestricted driver's license is needed.
  • The ability to pass full medical and AOD screening is required.
  • Flexibility in terms of being contactable outside of rostered hours is expected.
