Join us in this exciting opportunity to take on a key role within our Service Deli department.

This challenging position will see you assisting the day-to-day operations of the service deli, ensuring seamless operation and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting directly to the Service Deli Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of skilled staff members, completing production orders, generating rosters and undertaking other critical tasks.

As a member of a highly motivated and dynamic team, you will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team
  • Strong understanding of ordering and inventory management procedures
  • Accurate rostering and scheduling of staff
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flair for merchandising and visual presentation
