We are seeking a skilled recruiter to join our APAC Talent Acquisition COE team as a TA Partner. As a TA Partner, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle from requisition creation to candidate onboarding.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition creation to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with HR Solutions team, HRBP, and business leaders to drive efficient and effective recruitment strategies.
- Assess hiring/pipeline metrics and recruiting processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Leverage data/market knowledge to drive consultative discussions.
Your Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a recruitment role or as a professional consultant from a recruiting agency.
- Ideal experience in the building technology industry or a strong industrial company background.
- Ability to operate in a matrix and dynamic organization.
- Demonstrable collaboration skills with customers and influencing skills in leading and directing teams.
- Proven track record in fulfilling assigned requisitions with KPIs of lead time, cost per hire, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong planning, communication, relationship building, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.
