At Adelphi Digital, we're seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive account growth and new business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client projects and meet client expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing
- A motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for account management
