Senior Structural Design Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects and providing technical expertise.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead structural consulting work, including client management and supervision of other team members.
- Provide technical leadership on water/wastewater, civil, and building-related projects.
- Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and create value.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development goals.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field.
- Chartered Engineer or working towards.
- 8+ years' experience in an engineering consultancy.
- Leadership abilities and knowledge of structural engineering and dams/hydro.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
