Childcare Leader Position

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Professional to assume the role of Educational Leader in our Sydney Childcare Center.

About the Role:

The position of Educational Leader offers an opportunity to focus on maintaining the curriculum, aligning with Centre pedagogy and embedding learning and development objectives while engaging with Educators, Teachers, and the Centre Director.

Using reflective methods to establish and implement best practices, mentoring other Educators as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a diverse and excellent curriculum
  • Aligning with Centre pedagogy and embedding learning and development objectives
  • Engaging with Educators, Teachers, and the Centre Director
  • Establishing and implementing best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Childcare Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good mentoring and leadership skills
  • Passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
