About the Workplace Manager Role

This position is responsible for leading, guiding and developing onsite workplace teams in corporate buildings across Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic operational support with a thorough understanding of colleague needs and expectations.
  • Ensuring the end-to-end delivery of workplace services across all client sites resulting in an exceptional workplace experience for all colleagues.
  • Leadership of 12 direct reports, ensuring that all site-based workplace leads, team leaders and guest services associates deliver services and activities to the highest standards.

This role has overall accountability for the delivery of workplace services within a designated region (Brisbane/Adelaide/Perth), including oversight of all activities, continuous service improvement and team leadership.
