Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team as a Sustainment Program Integration Office and Support Services Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and directing program activities, including integrated planning and scheduling, change management, project management, enabling functions, and the program operating rhythm.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in managing large-scale, complex projects to successful and timely completion. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills that facilitate interaction between staff and key internal and external customer groups from O4 to O6 level.

This leadership role reports to the E7 Cored PIO Program Manager and is accountable for ensuring alignment and integration of work at all levels within the E7 Sustainment Program and horizontally with the E7 Cored PIO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct program activities, including integrated planning and scheduling, change management, project management, enabling functions, and the program operating rhythm.
  • Ensure alignment and integration of work at all levels within the E7 Sustainment Program and horizontally with the E7 Cored PIO.
  • Liaise with customers at all levels both internal and external.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated skills in managing large-scale, complex projects to successful and timely completion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills that facilitate interaction between staff and key internal and external customer groups from O4 to O6 level.
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for an Australian Department of Defence security clearance to Secret level.
  • High level leadership and people skills and the ability to recognise high achievers and grow their skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead through complex change management.
