Occupational Therapy Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to lead our multidisciplinary team at a major health service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating Occupational Therapy services to patients in acute care settings using advanced clinical practice skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient safety protocols;
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy staff and support staff in the clinical area, coordinate duties and manage performance;
  • Practice as a Senior Occupational Therapist and ensure practice aligns with professional standards and registration requirements;
  • Ensure practice reflects the organization's vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities.
