Job Description

As a Clinical Care Coordinator at Calvary, you will be the primary point of contact for supporting clients and staff to ensure services are delivered efficiently. You will coordinate daily care for new and existing clients, accept referrals, and liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure timely service delivery.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to have a Bachelor of Nursing, experience in acute and community nursing, and a full driver's license.
