This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to provide exceptional patient-centred care in a dynamic Operating Complex Unit environment.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a permanent, part-time (32hrs) basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse on duty.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide individualised nursing care that prioritises patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Achieve optimal patient outcomes through effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Implement strategies to maintain quality and risk management standards within the service provision.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver exceptional care and support services.
- CURRENT AHPRA NURSING REGISTRATION AS AN ENROLLED NURSE (NO RESTRICTIONS).
- Prior experience as an Enrolled Nurse in General Surgery or a similar field would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a team environment and autonomously, using initiative, sound reasoning, and strong listening, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care at all times.
