We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Professional to join our team as a Cafe Service Expert.

  • Operating cash registers and processing customer payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash transactions with confidence.
  • Managing stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary, maintaining effective inventory management systems.
  • Preparing beverages and food items to a high standard, consistently meeting quality expectations and exceeding customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask, prioritising tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond.
