Childcare Placement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to implement placement and stakeholder engagement strategies for Early Childhood programs in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, and securing field placement opportunities for students, while developing new and maintaining existing relationships with industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts and relations with key external stakeholders.
- Oversee high-quality placements for students and proactively resolve placement breakdowns.
About the Candidate
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within the Early Childhood Education Industry.
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education is desired but not a requirement.
- Proven track record of successful business development and program management.
