Warehouse Storeperson/Delivery Driver Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the Warehouse Storeperson/Delivery Driver position on a permanent full-time basis. This role involves a combination of retail sales, warehouse operations, and manual handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a timely manner and assisting with sales enquiries and product selection.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist with stock transfers, stock ordering, damaged stock, and warranty claims.
  • Pick/pack orders for customers and deliver customer orders as required.
Requirements:
  • Forklift Licence is an advantage.
  • Proven working experience in retail sales.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Good level of computer literacy and MS applications.
  • Ability to meet sales targets with a proven record of exceeding expectations.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be expected to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving products.
