Farm Machinery Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Farm Machinery Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right farm machinery products to meet their needs.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Safely handle and dispatch stock while maintaining accurate records.
- Support inventory management and process sales orders efficiently.
- Prepare quotes and process transactions accurately and promptly.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for farm machinery and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. You should be a confident communicator and team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
You will also need to possess a forklift licence and be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks. A safety-conscious attitude is essential in this role, as well as a proactive approach to delivering excellent service.
