HBF Health offers a part-time opportunity for an experienced Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for processing claims efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Verifying claims and ensuring compliance with established procedures
- Drafting correspondence to members and providers
- Processing quotes, claim reversals, and stop/cancelled cheques
- Maintaining accurate records of policy details
About the role:
This is a 0.7 part-time position, with a preferred schedule of working five days a week. However, flexibility can be discussed during the interview process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
