Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to join our team at ChoiceOne. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing a range of MRI scans, including Neuro, MSK, and Body Imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
• Operate Philips 3T and Siemens 1.5T MRI equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient comfort.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.

Requirements

• AHPRA registration and possession of a Victoria Radiation Licence.
• Competence in performing MRI body, MRI MSK, and MRI neuro scans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Level 1 MRI accreditation is highly desirable.
