Business Acquisition Specialist Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business acquisition specialist to join our organization.

This role is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both remotely and on-site with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on all aspects of the business acquisition process, including identifying potential businesses to purchase, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop a customized acquisition strategy and provide ongoing support throughout the transaction process.
  • Help clients navigate legal and financial requirements related to small business acquisitions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business consulting or related fields, with a focus on small business acquisitions.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Mandarin, Cantonese, Nepali, Arabic, or Farsi bilinguals are preferred but not mandatory.
