About The Job

As a Software Implementation Consultant at The Simpro Group Pty Ltd, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective use of our software solutions.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation services, including consulting with clients to understand their business needs and priorities, documenting and mapping existing customer workflows to future product aligned workflows, providing guidance as a subject matter expert on the best practice adoption of Simpro Group's solutions, and coaching customers on change management principles and how to best adopt solutions in their business.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and workflows, excellent training delivery skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and priorities.
  • Document and map existing customer workflows to future product aligned workflows.
  • Provide guidance as a subject matter expert on the best practice adoption of Simpro Group's solutions.
  • Coach customers on change management principles and how to best adopt solutions in their business.
  • Facilitate training and consultation sessions using a combination of online or face-to-face formats.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing software systems.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Excellent training delivery skills, with an ability to tailor methods to suit different needs.
  • A professional and consultative approach.
  • The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes.
