We are seeking a Centre Administrator to oversee enrolments and manage compliance at our Wendouree centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming children and families, conducting visitor tours, and assisting with children enrolments and new team orientations. They will also manage parents accounts and monitor ongoing payments using Salesforce and Qikkids systems. Additionally, they will prioritise tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information, and liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanour whilst maintaining confidentiality
  • Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children enrolments and new team orientations
  • Manage parents accounts and monitor ongoing payments using Salesforce and Qikkids systems
  • Prioritise tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information
  • Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director

The ideal candidate will possess high proficiency in the QikKids software system, working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) Guidelines, excellent computer skills with knowledge in the Microsoft Suite, and highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities. They will also have exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills, a current Working with Children's Check, current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one, and current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
