Ambassador of Learning

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning, growth, and development in children. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

As an educator at our center, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families. You will also receive ongoing support and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and empathy.
• Collaborate with other educators to design and deliver high-quality programs that promote child development and well-being.
• Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive environment that supports the diversity of children and families.

Requirements:

• ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a childcare qualification within 3 months of commencement).
• Current and State relevant Working with Children's Check (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement).
• Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm.
